Mr. Stephenson has extensive experience in the areas of tax planning, estate and family wealth planning, business succession planning, charitable gift planning, probate, trust administration and international estate planning. Prior to founding Tufts, Stephenson & Kasper LLP in 1999, Mr. Stephenson was a partner at the law firms of Jackson Tufts Cole & Black, LLP, and Chickering & Gregory.
Mr. Stephenson’s volunteer and non-profit experience includes service as a Trustee of the Anglo-California Foundation, an organization that annually funds English-Speaking Union scholarships to local students for graduate degrees in the United Kingdom. Mr. Stephenson is also a Member of the Council of the Friends of the Bancroft Library at the University of California at Berkeley.
